I have also found Reflexology is excellent for irregular
periods, PMT and PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome).
I have successfully treated PCOS where the client now has
regular periods and far less pain during menstruation. (see Case Study link above.)
Reflexology regulates your cycle and it becomes easier
to pinpoint ovulation.
It's best to be treated before you go on fertility
treatment, or when you have fully completed your
fertility treatments. While taking fertility medication,
it's best not to have reflexology done.
There are good foods you can eat, and vitamins and minerals
which you can take (subject to your doctor's approval) and
I will give you a list of these when you come for a treatment.
I have successfully treated sub-fertility and my client
had a bouncing healthy baby boy!
It's best not to have a Reflexology treatment during menstruation
as it can make your period heavier.
